Delivery Information
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days via UPS. Since the selection is special and as a result limited, availability of pieces is not guaranteed.
If you place an order on a piece that either is no longer available or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Return Policy
If you would like to return a purchase, the merchandise must be returned not worn, unaltered, or washed, with tags in place, in saleable condition, with original sales receipt at customer's expense, trackable shipping is highly recommended for proof of return shipping.
Please email our customer service department: yolanda@palmasoho.com for a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise a refund or if you prefer, a store credit will be issued.

Sales Tax--We are required to charge sales tax on purchases made by NYS residents.
